Project DescriptionThis rain garden is located within the borders of the Oakland Ave. Urban Farm in the Northend Community in Detroit. This Erb Family Foundation - Land + Water Works program rain garden serves as a demonstration site for the many visitors to the garden. The garden is a pilot site for a sensor that detects storm water infiltration installed by U. of Michigan engineering student & Professor Branko Kerkez.
