The Southwest Solutions/Detroit Farm & Garden project demonstrates how an old vacant building can be repurposed to include a sustainable (triple-bottom-line) business, including a green roof and green parking lot that capture an estimated 4,000 gallons of water per storm. Ideally, these techniques will eventually qualify for a potential green credit program being developed by the Detroit Water & Sewerage Department. Video by Sam Wolson Photography + Media.
